The client needed a web-based property management system to simplify property listings, leasing, and tenant interactions. The platform needed to serve both property owners and prospective tenants.

Objective

The client was managing properties manually, making it difficult for landlords to update listings and for tenants to discover and rent available properties. There was no efficient digital system for property CRUD operations or tenant engagement.

To develop a digital platform that allows landlords to manage properties and enables tenants to find, favorite, and rent properties with ease.

Solution

We designed and developed a full-featured web software that transforms the rental process for both landlords and tenants. Using Python for the backend and HTML5, Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript for the frontend.
